How to make lash clusters last 48 hours.
Four habits separate a set that lifts by lunch from one that survives the whole weekend.
1. Start oil-free and bone dry
Cleanse with a foaming, oil-free cleanser and let lashes fully dry. Any residue from makeup remover, moisturizer or SPF stops the bond from curing and cuts your wear time in half.
2. Bond both sides
Run a thin line of Forever Bond along your natural lash line, wait 30 seconds for tack, then dip the base of each cluster. Bonding both surfaces is the single biggest difference between 12 hours and 48 hours of hold.
3. Pinch and cure
After placing each cluster, pinch gently at the base to lock it to your natural lashes. Give the whole set a full minute to cure before mascara, powder or touching your eyes.
4. Protect them overnight
Sleep on your back or a silk pillowcase. Face-down sleeping crushes the outer corners, which is where clusters lift first on day two.

Once the bond has cured, longevity is about what you keep away from your lash line. Oil, steam and friction are the three things that end a set early.
- Skip oil-based cleansers, cleansing balms and heavy eye creams anywhere near the lash line.
- Avoid long steam exposure — hot showers, saunas and steam rooms soften the bond fastest.
- Never rub your eyes; blot with a towel instead of wiping.
- Brush lightly with a clean spoolie each morning to reset the fan shape.
- Skip mascara on the clusters — it gums up the knot and shortens how many times you can reuse them.
- Spot-fix a lifted cluster with a tiny dot of bond rather than redoing the whole set.
Take them off the right way.
Saturate the lash line with an oil-based cleanser or a dedicated bond remover and give it 30–60 seconds to dissolve the adhesive. Then slide each cluster off from the base with your fingertips or a tweezer — no pulling, no picking, no tugging at a stubborn corner.
Afterwards, peel the dried bond off each knot, cleanse your natural lashes, and store the clusters back in their tray. Removed this way, cluster lashes are one of the gentlest lash looks you can wear — your natural lashes are never individually glued, so nothing comes off with them.
